Mouse lag - Part 2

- Description of Issue - When I load into the main menu my mouse is incredibly laggy to a point where the game is unplayable, another problem is that when I click on vault, shells, etc. it takes forever to actually lick on it and go into the menu. I have no problem using a controller playing the game and when I play other games the issue is non-existent.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Going on for almost 2 weeks
- Repro steps - I followed online videos of this issue, turned off overlay on all my apps, uninstalled/reinstalled, and other steps that I have found online. I also was in contact on this website with Bungie help and followed their steps exactly as they said twice and there still was no fix. I have not heard from the support team for now almost a week.
