Squad size selection stopped working after 1.1.0.4

It has been observed that after patch 1.1.0.4 Squad size selection has stopped working correctly and does not allow to enter Solo and Duo Queues.

After selecting "Solo" squad size, Squad size selection switches to "Trio (Fill disabled)", showing Solo queue warnings on spots for other squadmates. Then after a few seconds, squad size reverts to "Trio (Fill enabled)".

After selecting "Duo" squad size (At the time of reporting - Dire Marsh Day with normal matchmaking on Night) without another squadmate, system blocks option to "Ready" showing an error of "Not enough players in Squad and/or Fill is disabled" even if Fill option is enabled.

Reproduction steps:

1. Select any map without having other players in Squad;
2. In Squad Size selection select "Solo";
3. Observe results;

Duo Queue Reproduction steps:

1. Select any map with enabled "Duo Queue" without having other players in Squad;
2. In Squad Size selection enable Fill;
3. Observe results;
4. In Squad Size selection disable Fill;
5. Observe results.
