Prestige Key for destroyed wing not given after exfil.

https://quickshare.samsungcloud.com/7cxkJqkcJjWw On July 7th around 2:28 am EST I exfiled with a Prestige Destroyed wing key from outpost in pinwheel. When i got to my vault the key was gone but it said I received it. I never received it. I would like my key that I exfiled with. I can provide a picture if you'd like. I did not get downed while In possession of the key. Please.

    Thanks for the detailed report.

    This does sound like a real exfil/inventory-crediting issue, not just you overlooking the item. There have already been Marathon reports where a player successfully exfilled on Outpost through the Destroyed Wing route, the run report showed a successful exfil, but the player’s items were still gone afterward.

    There have also been separate tracked cases where key-related items were consumed on extract but the expected key reward did not show up afterward, including reports where the item disappeared from inventory/vault instead of converting correctly. So even though your report is about a Prestige Destroyed Wing key rather than a template, it still sounds like the same general family of “exfil completed, reward state did not persist correctly” issue.

    Your timestamp, map/area details, and note that you were never downed while carrying it are all useful details to include.

    We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.

    In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them. 

    Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
