Outpost Loot stuck in floor

Issue: Dropped some loot in the tunnel entrance in western airfield on outpost, unable to pick it up afterwards. It seems like it got stuck under the floor.
First screenshot shows tunnel entrance location, second screenshot shows the loot (very close to entrance in first picture).
I also dropped a Longshot very close by, which didn't get stuck.
