"This is dedication syndrome" codex challenge at 6/7 after completing the final contract and exfiling a compiler ganglion.
After two seasons of playing I finally managed to complete all 7 cryo contracts in one weekend. However it did not count towards my "this is dedication syndrome" codex challenge progress and its still at 6/7. My final contract was "cache rules" with the added step of exfil a compiler ganglion. Which I completed around 2 hours and 40 minutes before reset. I spent 20-30 hours inside of cryo this weekend to get all the contracts done and kill the compiler. I pulled an all nighter and stayed up until ~9:30am Central before I went to sleep. I lost alot of gold/purple gear that took a long time acquiring in preparation to get all of the contracts done in one weekend. If yall could please credit my account with the completion of all 7 contracts in one weekend for the "this is dedication syndrome" codex challenge so I can be one step closer to getting the vidmaster title. It would be greatly appreciated to be credited for the work I put in. I'm attaching screenshots of the final step I was on, codex challenge still being at 6/7, along with the compiler ganglion"s" in my vault from the completion on the morning of 7/5/26 around 2 hours and 40 minutes before reset.
Edit: I cant launch into any new games. I'm stuck on turn in completed contract, however it doesn't show me having an active contract nor one I can complete which I'm guessing is the "cache rules" I finished this morning before logging off before reset.

Thanks for the detailed report.
What you’re describing does line up with a known Cryo contract / Dedication Syndrome issue. There is already a bug in for cases where Cryo limited-contract progress can stop at 6/7 for the “THIS IS DEDICATION SYNDROME” codex entry, preventing the final completion from being recognized correctly.
Your edit about getting stuck on “turn in completed contract” also matches a separate known problem. There is an open bug for players who finish the last Cryo contract near reset, exfil successfully, and then cannot claim the completed contract because Cryo is no longer available; that same report also notes the player may be blocked from readying up afterward until restarting because the UI stays in a “Completed contract” state.
The details you included are especially useful because they match the current investigation very closely: final Cryo contract, Compiler Ganglion requirement, completion near reset, codex/challenge progress not updating, and the follow-on contract-state bug afterward.
So this does not sound like you simply missed a step. It sounds like your completion may have collided with a known Cryo contract/reset edge case.
Your screenshots, platform, and rough July 5 time window are exactly the kind of evidence that helps verify what happened in cases like this.

Just got off work and logged on to check my account. Contract has been claimed. "This is dedication syndrome" is at 7/7 which let me claim that codex challenge. I can now select a new contract and resume playing as normal. Thank y'all so much for looking into this and getting it resolved quickly! Keep up the good work, see y'all star side!
