Battleye 'Query Timeout' Message (Kicks me out to title screen every match. every 25 to 30 min.)

My game is crashing due to a Battleye 'Query Timeout' message every match approximately every 25-30 min.  It has cost me gear, my teammates gear and lost pvp matches...  It is frustrating...  When you lose Misriah shotguns it is not fun strictly due to it...

I have deleted and reinstalled both Battleye and Marathon, put folders of both (Marathon and Battleye) on my Norton antivirus exclusions list, ran Marathon with antivirus cut off, checked verified files on Steam, etc. and NOTHING I have done has fixed the issue...

I have been encountering this issue for the past few weeks since the update on Tuesday, June 23rd.  I have had the game since the server slam and have never had an issue until the last couple of weeks. I have tried to troubleshoot this myself but I am not that tech savvy and have done everything that has helped others that I have read about on the internet.
