Vandal's "Intro" Animation at Main Menu Has Broken Facial Animations and Right Thumb Rigging Issues
A similar issue was reported on this bug on an older post from March at link:

However, in addition to the "broken thumb" issue for Vandal returning, her Facial Rigging when she enters the screen appears to also be broken, instead having a completely blank expression/face until the remaining idle animations take over.
