Still locked out of Marathon
Still no word back from support regarding my initial outreach. https://help.marathonthegame.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/50263977357844-Deluxe-Edition-access
I’ve escalated to Playstation support and they are not refunding me or helping in any way.
So now I cannot play the game or get my money back. This is such a wildly terrible experience.

I think at this point it's time to consider charge backs. Sony won't refund and Bungie has been radio silent on tickets for over a week. It sucks because I enjoyed the game, and would have continued to support it, but after this fiasco there's no way. I think I'll try Playstation support one more time asking for a refund but if not, I think I'll go the charge back route.

I did just receive a message from Bungie support earlier today in response to my support ticket that I submitted. They just asked if I was still experiencing this issue. I said I was, so I'm hopeful they can get this sorted out soon. But it's been weeks of complete silence, and Playstation is basically just saying to work it out with Bungie.
My Playstation account was just suspended for submitting a chargeback. Christ, dude. This is so awful.
Damn man that is awful.
I have heard of that happening to people in the past, so even though I was considering doing the same, I've held off and still trying to get Bungie to help me.
I hope you can get it sorted out with Playstation. They are at fault in this whole thing too. It was their store, and we purchased a product that we never received.
