Deluxe Edition Issue - Requesting Support Ticket
Hello,
I saw another player post about this issue this morning, and a Bungie representative responded that a support ticket had been opened so the issue could be investigated further.
Could the same be done for my account please?
I purchased Marathon Deluxe Edition on June 3, during Open Play Week and before the disclaimer was added to the PlayStation Store listing. My receipt shows Marathon Deluxe Edition.
Since Open Play Week ended, I have not had access to the game. The PlayStation Store still shows that I need to purchase the base game, and when I launch Marathon it tells me that Open Play Week is no longer active and that ownership of the game is required.
I've already submitted the support form, posted here on the forums multiple times, and contacted PlayStation Support several times, but I still do not have access to the game.
If someone could please open a support ticket or escalate this for further review, I would greatly appreciate it. I really just want to get back into the game.
