Bug: Prestige item missing upon exfil

• Description of Issue - 

I was in a solo run on outpost, looted a key room and found a prestige (gold) weapon mod. I exfil successfully with the item in my backpack. Upon inspecting my inventory and vault, the item is completely missing. There were no other players, drones, or anything around me at exfil. I had not dropped the item and was certain it was in my inventory upon exfil. 

The *only* item missing from my inventory was the prestige item, which is needless to say very frustrating.

• Repro steps - find a prestige item, exfil from a solo outpost match,  watch it vanish into thin air
