300+ Unstable diodes went missing from my vault

I had over 300 unstable diodes in my vault, but after a run just now, I see none. I did not sell them or send them to the matter converter, at least not intentionally. I really really don't think I accidentally did, but it's possible. There's no way I spent them all on faction upgrades, I had so many sitting around because no more upgrades needed them. Is it possible to see from the server side what "transactions" have recently happened with my vault (gaining, spending, selling, matter converting), and tell me if i did in fact accidentally sell/convert them? If not, there's definitely a bug of some kind.
