compiler bug - no codex / no skin

we are now weeks into season 2. any update on the compiler completion bug?
many submitted video evidence and are awaiting compensation.

Theres no update and the bug is still in the game. Bungie seems to avoid responding to people reporting this glitch or following up on it as well. More than likely we are not getting our skins. Really sucks
