After creating first bungie account I lost my friends

I’m a ps5 player and last night I saw some rewards and in the process of looking at them I needed to make a bungie account so I did and linked my ps5. Today I go to play marathon restart the game and profile name is my bungie profile name and I have all my progression but I lost all of my friends that I had added. How can I get my friends back?
