Cradle XP Not Gained

Thanks for the follow-up. Here are the requested details:

Date & time of incident: 16 June 2026, approx. 2:11 PM IST

Salvage/material type and rarity: Approx. 48K total value across the following:

• Standard (~5 items): Unstable base materials
• Enhanced (~16): Dynamic Compounds, among others
• Deluxe (~17): Anomalous Wire, among others
• Superior (~11)

Affected materials included: Neural Insulation, Paradox Circuit, Predictive Framework, Reflex Coil, Enzyme Replicator, Biolens Seed, Storage Drive, Ballistic Turbine, Cetinite Rod, Encrypted Drive, Conductive Filament, Surveillance Lens, Drone Resin, Anomalous Wire (Deluxe) and Dynamic Compounds (Enhanced). I don't have exact quantities recorded.

Cradle level at the time: Level 11 — 5911/7100 XP

How much was converted: Almost everything, except some Purple-tier items and the Neuro Chem Packs (which I kept as they're required for Blue Shield).

Partial stack, full stack, or multi-selection? Multi-selection — almost all full stacks, except the Neuro Chem Packs.

Did the items get consumed? Yes, all selected items were deleted.

Did the XP bar move at all? No — not at all. It remained at 5911 XP on Level 11.

Step-by-step actions taken:

1. Opened my Vault
2. Went to Salvage
3. Held Shift + Left-click and selected all salvage items
4. Went to the bottom-centre of the screen and pressed "Sell All"

Expected outcome: the materials convert into Cradle XP and the bar progresses. Instead, the items were consumed with zero XP gained.

It has now been several hours since my original report with no resolution or update. To be honest, losing ~48K worth of materials for nothing is a significant setback, and the lack of a timely response is making it worse. If this isn't resolved and my materials (or the equivalent XP) aren't restored, I'll be stepping away from the game. I'd really appreciate clarity on what happened to my loot and what can be done to recover it.
