Still unable to download base game after purchasing deluxe edition during free trial week.
I was playing during the free trial week and decided to i wanted to purchase the game. I purchased the deluxe edition not knowing about the playstation pricing mess. After the trial week I tried to download the full game only to find out about everything that has happend. I purchased the game on the 5th, befor the description change from what im aware. I had double checked on psn and it said it came with the base game. I tried contacting sony yesterday and they said to get full access I would need to contact bungie. But theres no way to contact bungie besides this so here I am. I dont want a refund or anything, I just want to play the game. But this has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Am I able to get access? Is there a statement about this issue coming? Im feeling left in the dark and scammed out of my money. Sony and bungie haven't issued statements and all we have is a tweet from a dev saying they will honor the purchases. That was 10 days ago. So whats going on? Somone please help.

We're all in the same boat here, waiting for answers as to when we can get back to playing. Another user mentioned that the PlayStation store has been updated to differentiate the purchase as an add on rather than having the appearance of the full deluxe version. I would imagine Bungie wanted that sorted first before they start issuing copies to users who have been affected. I'm hoping anyone who has a receipt showing that they purchased the Deluxe Version of the game for $20 during this whole fiasco will be compensated. I can't imagine it'll be too much longer till we hear something, it's been over a week as you said, at this point I would imagine a couple hundred to upwards of a thousand or more want to be playing right now and I'm sure Bungie does too. That said. Lets keep supporting each other until we get some kind of announcement, all we can do

Of course, I made a similar post a few days ago and the support team basically answered back to everyone above and below my post, so now I'm gonna dedicate a little more time to the cause because I find that incredibly disrespectful. Maybe when this is sorted we can get a game in, the Deluxe Boys 💪🏻
