Purchased Deluxe Edition on June 3, Still Waiting for Base Game Access

I'm hoping someone from the Marathon support team can help or provide an update regarding the PlayStation Deluxe Edition issue.
I purchased the Deluxe Edition on June 3, before the PlayStation Store description was updated. Based on the official communication, I understand that affected players would receive the base game at no additional charge.
It's now been 11 days since that update, and I still have not received access to the game. I've commented on existing forum threads and have also reached out on X asking for an update, but so far I haven't received any response.
I've seen posts from other players showing that the game was added to their accounts on June 10, which makes me wonder if my account may have been missed during the process.
I really just want to be able to get back into the game, and any help would be appreciated. I did see one response from a Bungie representative in another thread where they mentioned opening a support ticket for a player regarding this issue, so I'm hoping someone may be able to look into my account as well.
I've attached a copy of my receipt showing that I purchased the Deluxe Edition on June 3.

However, that form shows that it is for missing in game items, not the game itself.
I am referencing the well known issue where people purchased the Deluxe Edition of the game but only received the add on content. Marathon dev team stated that anyone who purchased prior to the description being updated would get the base game at no additional cost. Not sure how to proceed.

I ordered my deluxe edition from the Playstation Store on June 12 for $20, yet did not receive any sort of download, and cannot access the game without paying another $40.
