Still no help with deluxe edition after purchase
I bought the deluxe edition when it clearly said it included the full game. Now that open play week is over I still don’t have access to the game and PlayStation or Bungie isn’t helping after I’ve called about it. My PlayStation support case number is 53138604. I have been scammed. Saying you’ll give the base game to people who bought the deluxe edition at the reduced price, then not following through or giving any feedback or follow up and staying quiet about it is ridiculous. There is no excuse. It’s been days since I’ve not had access to what I paid for. Every second I don’t get what I’ve paid for I’m getting scammed.

This just happened to me as well.
Yeah it's starting to feel like they aren't actually going to follow through. A lot of places online are reporting that they have already honored the purchases for those that bought prior to the disclaimer being added, but I and many others still haven't received the game.
It's been 10 days since their initial announcement that they would be honoring the purchase, so not really sure why or how it hasn't been taken care of yet.
But at the very least, some communication would go a long way.
