Unbind not working on PC

When I unbind the Prime Ability from the default of LMB+RMB it continues to execute it regardless.  Also the settings UI does not allow me to bind to another key.  The binding of LMB+RMB often conflicts with RMB to ADS and LMB to fire, so this affects playability in a competitive setting.
