Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues getting this pack after you've purchased PlayStation Plus. Can you confirm that you've gone onto the PlayStation Plus tab and purchased/redeemed the free pack from the store? You can also access this pack by going to the Marathon store page on PlayStation and browsing the add-ons.
If you have purchased and it's marked as "Usable" under your "Manage Game Content" area for Marathon, to help us investigate further, can you provide us with a series of screenshots or a short video showing the issue? You can upload them to one of the media-sharing websites listed below:
