My game is locked though i purchased it
I purchased the Marathon Deluxe Edition during the Open Play Week trial when the PlayStation Store listing clearly specified it included 'Marathon (base game)'. Now that the trial is over, my game is locked. Since Sony Support is refusing to issue a refund and directing players to the publisher, I am requesting that Bungie grant the base game license to my account as per your public statement regarding the PS Store listing issue.

Thank you for reporting.
We are aware of this issue and urgently working on a fix.
Seems like many people are still waiting to receive it, but Bungie hasn't said anything further since the original June 5th announcement.
I have seen a few people claiming to have had the game added to their account automatically, but not sure if that's true. I'm still unable to play, and been trying to get some more information as to when they will issue the game license.
Bungie Support finally replied to someone about this. I'll take that over the silence I've been seeing.
