Unable to be revived
Maps: Cryo Archive, Outpost
Platform: PC Steam
Steps to reproduce: Be eliminated.
Description: When downed and eliminated, the spectate camera has no user interface and the player is unable to be revived manually or by Reboot+. ALT F4 the reconnecting didn't help and only worsened the issue by removing VOIP and black screening, only playing audio. This bug has happened to a few of us on Cryo and on Outpost. No commonalities found.

Just came to report this and i still cant find a solution its a big issue as well being able to clear teams in cryo and not being able to get revived after everything is crazy.
Came to say I had the same exact issue just now, lost a great kit because of it too along with my teammate.
