Couldn't get revive on Cryo (Bag not glitched on the floor/standing normally)

Description of Issue - After the successfully fighting the other team, my crew tried to get revive on me, but the button wasn't there. Also, my cam screen didn't have the option to switch between my crewmates, and I couldn't even had the option to leave the run. My cam was just following one of my teammates. Bag that was lying from my body wasn't glitched in the floor (It didn't look like that), but there was no option to revive. I tried exiting the game and entering again, it did allow me to initialize the run but I just saw a pitch black screen and also couldn't click or do anything, had to force stop the game. It's really a shame as my crew had a successful run and managed to extract in the end.

Below you can see my gear, and if I can get that back somehow it would be amazing as this was my last game and I won't be able to play it for 7 days as I am leaving the country for vacation :( I got 463 hour in the game and I'm trying to be as supportive as possible. I also did encounter last season an issue with recon where I haven't got a skin for killing the compiler, I do have the video of it, but that's not that important as this that happened today, as I had very limited time to spend my hours as I'm a grown man.
