Sentinel Cryo Archive Compiler Skin

I killed the Compiler as Sentinel & successfully exfiled with the shell, got credit for the final hit on the Compiler as well (Compiler kill XP) - will the credit for the kill retroactively apply once the Sentinel Cryo skin is put in the game? (much like the Arachne kit skins, they retroactively gave credit if you exfiled with the Arachne kit)
