Microphone not working

Same issue as everyone else. Meaning microphone not working but headphones are. And otherwise microphone works with everything can even see the settings from microphone in game.

I use a external sound card, Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (should have solid drivers, reason for my pick). Headphone is Jack and and microphone XLR. Once again headphones are working and microphone is not and both are on sound card.

I test everything I found regarding settings/tips/tricks (bitrate/sample rate, routing, default device, disable everything else). I tried other setups as well, and it does work when using a microphone through motherboard Jack or Usb. I tried my old sound card and it worked (when this one is always a pain). So right now I am using my old sound card to keep setup similar but I switch to play this game, because otherwise Scarlett works for everything else.

Can you investigate on why Scarlett 2i2 seems to be misunderstood by your client ? Are you using third party for voice chat ?
