Unable to be revived in Algae key room
Hello.
I died in the Algae key room on top of the desk in the left corner when you enter.
My crewmate was not receiving the prompt to revive me, only loot. He tried all angles for over ten minutes.
This was at about 23:10 GMT+1 9th June.

Also, my crewmate took my Bully from my bag so it would be returned to me. It left his inventory on exfil but I haven't received it back.

No I didn't record any videos or take any screenshots. It's the Algae key room in Dire Marsh, there's a single desk in the left corner as you enter the room. Sorry I can't give you any more specific information than that. There were also a few enemy bodies lying around but mine was the only one on the table.
Also today I still haven't gotten the Bully back that my crewmate exfilled for me.
