Key Template Descriptions in CyAc upgrade tree are no longer accurate (display matter fixative descriptor from late season 1)

Issue: Noticed that the key templates in the CyAc upgrade tree feature the completion description from the end of Season 1 (matter fixative required) rather than the key template objective introduced in Season 2.
Date: Start of Season 2
Repro Steps: check the CyAc upgrade tree for key templates.
