We understand you're experiencing an issue with Parasitism 3/5. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact of such an issue. By any chance, did you record footage of what you experienced? If yes, then please consider uploading that footage to a site like Youtube or Imgur, and linking us to it.
In addition to that footage, please clarify whether certain in-game actions reproduce this, or if the issue simply arises from attempting to complete the contract. We'll then investigate.
Here is a link to a video of the bug occurring. I do apologize, there was a bit of combat during the test, but the issue is still visible. This takes place in Bio-Research. This issue arises from attempting to complete the contract, without any exact reproducible steps.

As far as we understand, the synthesizer you must locate is elsewhere in Bio-Research. If you manage to exit that room and explore the rest of the area once you have the sample, are you able to locate the objective? Please let us know and if you experience an issue at the objective site, then please record a new video demonstrating this. We'll be happy to investigate this further.

Is this Synthesizer actually in bio-research? I am having a hell of a time finding it. This quest got changed from season 1. It was a Sparkleaf instead of biomass and after you converted it at bio-research, you had to truck it all the way over to quarantine. I looked over bio-reached and even went over to quarantine and I still can't find the thing to complete this quest. It's driving me nuts.
Yes, the synthesizer was in Bio Research, I believe it was in the other building from where you put the biomass into the machine. After you grab the sample you have to put it in that machine and then wait about a minute and fight a few UESC and you’ll get the injectable.
Yeah, it's over on the second floor in the second building, I ran through there and missed it somehow. Thanks for the redirect, I was pulling my hair out trying to finish that task.
