Issue with login - Error Code Tapir

Greetings.
As the title says, I'm having issues with login and I'm getting the "Tapir" error code every time I try to log into the game.
Additional information: 
Platform: Xbox
Country: Iran
I've also read somewhere that Bungie themselves haven't really specifically banned Iran or anything, but the new security measures (i'm not sure) automatically block IPs from this country.
I've had no previous issues with Destiny 2 (but it's been a while since I played that game so things might've changed) , but it seems like it's only persistent with Marathon.
any chance for this to be fixed in a patch or anything?
it seems like Bungie in general doesn't have a "Contact Support" feature anywhere so this is the only way I could communicate "directly".
