Mailbox is completely broken
Starting my own thread to make sure it gets seen. You already fixed this bug for user fullofpositive.
I play on Xbox and my tag is Wolverine22597#0921
Didn’t receive any compensation and all of my borrowed loot has not come through. Additionally not receiving in game messages. Thank you for any help and fix you can give. The packages would have been huge and I don’t want my borrowed loot to expire.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble receiving messages in the game. We've received some reports of issues for some players having issues with all messages since the start of the season, and are investigating the underlying issue further.
As mentioned I saw you resolved it for another community member. If my loot expires before I can claim it will I get a refund or compensation.
