Refund

I purchased the $14 deluxe version of marathon, it said I still had to purchase the full game or I'd lose my progress. I feel I was forced to buy the full version when the deluxe said it included the full game. I would like a refund for the $27.99 I was forced to spend in fear of losing progress. I just read that bungie is giving the game away to the people that purchased the deluxe version. I believe this entitles me to a refund, especially when I was forced to buy it.
