Boss Spawned in Wall in Complex In Night Marsh

Issue: The boss for the locked room in Complex spawned in the wall. My friends and I downed another team and were lucky enough to get the key off them with 20 mins in the match to spare. We were really excited but then the boss spawned in a wall and even when we tried to get to him and knife him or leave the room he wouldn't come out of the wall so we had to abandon the encounter. It was deeply disappointing. Is there anything I can do to show proof of this or is there anything you guys can do about this? Just really sucks that we had been trying for several matches, finally get the key, and we can't finish the encounter due to a bug. I should have a video of it as well that I can provide. This happened a couple of days ago but I have been sick so just now able to report it. Please let me know.
