Unsanctioned Hostilities Not Playing Liaison Dialogue Before/After Contracts

The Liaison dialogue that is supposed to play before & after the 'Unsanctioned Hostilities' contracts is not activating.
I've completed contracts 1-4 and have recently accepted 5/5
None of the dialogue for this series of contracts has played properly.
I accepted Unsanctioned Hostilities 1/5 on June 6th.
I completed Unsanctioned Hostilities 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, and 4/5 on June 7th.
None of the dialogue played.
Despite reproduction being impossible - As I am unable to replay Priority Contracts within the same Season.
I believe this is an important issue to address.
It would be too bad if New Players missed the cool Lore and Narrative that you've created.

We understand that Vulcan's dialogue didn't play for the Unsanctioned Hostilities series of contracts. We can imagine the impact of such an issue. While we realize you're unable to reproduce these instances, by any chance did you happen to record video footage of them? If yes, then please consider uploading that footage to a site like Youtube or Imgur, and linking us to it here. We'll then investigate.
