Early Bird VIP Codex Bug
Bungie Account Name: The Milkwalker #1247
Platform: Steam
Issue: I achieved VIP rank for all factions in Season 1 of Marathon. I have the VIP emblem unlocked. However, I do not have access to the Early Bird VIP Codex unlocks for Cyac, NuCal, Traxus, or Arachne.

Thanks for reporting this. Our team is aware of the Early Bird VIP Codex not unlocking for every faction. We are currently investigating this on our end.
Experiencing the same issue myself, but I see that its been reported a bunch so I'll add my comment here instead of generating a new post.
