Unable to untrack items
Items can't at random be untracked. For example I am unable to untrack the "Event Reinterpretation Guide" and "Runner Geocache" valuables, and the green "Duck And Cover" implant.
Additionally the "Event Reinterpretation Guide" and "Duck and Cover" implant both show twice in my individually tracked items list.

Thanks for reporting this. Have you noticed if this happens in any specific menu (i.e. while in the lobby, during a run, in the Armory, etc.) or if it happens everywhere regardless of menu?
Additionally, would you be able to reproduce the issue and capture a video of it so I can take a closer look? Please upload your video to a public hosting platform like YouTube or Imgur and share a link here.

It happens everywhere.
For the menu when you hit escape that shows all tracked items and upgrades, if I untrack one of the items that show multiple times, if I untrack one it will be replaced by another item, but the duplicate will stay. If I then try to untrack the duplicate, the second entry of the same item shows back up.
I’m not able to record video.
I'm having the same bug. I've captured video of the duplicate item appearing in the ESC menu, as well as items failing to untrack in the vault.
