False Positive on One Man's Treasure Codex Challenge
After converting gear up to Superior Quality but no Prestige Items, I was informed I completed the Cradle mastery challenge "One Man's Treasure."
I am unsure what may have caused this, as I have not converted any Prestige Items, let alone exfiltrated with an item of that rarity yet.

This happened to me too!!! I think it happened right after I converted a regular Longshot sniper rifle?
