XeSS Frame Generation works not in full force.

Platform: Steam.
CPU: 6700k. GPU: A750 RAM: 32GB Driver Version: 32.0.101.8826. OS: Windows 11 25H2 26200.8246.

Issue: XeSS Frame Generation works badly (adds around 1.5x more frames with noticeable input lag). Temporary workaround can be done by switching Anti-Aliasing between XeSS upscale and turning it off (this trick enables 2x frames with tiny input lag), but the issue returns as soon as you minimize the game or switch between windows. 

Repro Steps:
1. Enable XeSS FG and set Anti Aliasing to XeSS Quality.
2. Restart the game so settings are applied on launch.
2. Load into the map.
3. Notice the FPS and input lag, open menu and turn off Anti-Aliasing then close settings menu.
4. Notice increased FPS number despite disabled upscaler and increased graphic clarity.
5. Open menu, set Anti-Aliasing back to XeSS set to Quality, exit the menu.
6. Notice even more increase in FPS and reduced input lag.
7. Minimize the game or switch between windows.
8. Return to game window and notice decrease in FPS and increased input lag (~same FPS number as in step 3).
