Bugged enemy during a Mida limited contract

Not sure if this enemy was specific to this contract or not.  Also not sure of the name of the contract sorry - it was a new Mida limited contract for Night Marsh, and the objectives are 1) Download credentials in Complex, Canal, or West Gate.  2) Deactivate containment barriers, then scan UESC stockpiles.

While doing objective 1 in Canals (while in Night Marsh Survival mode), we came across a Ghost Commander that was shooting us from within walls, I think.  It was also at first not taking any damage from one of us, but at the end once it had left the canals interior, it would.
