Paprika and Basil Errors

Since the beginning of this game, I have to try to log in a minimum of 3 times before I have access to the game (paprika error). Even after this, before being able to load into any game of ours (my friends and I), we have to be error-coded at least once (for me, Basil, and for my friends, it appears as Ginger) before we can actually load into a lobby. 

I have been able to look past these errors as I really enjoy the game, and thankfully, my friends are patient. However, as of today, anytime a certain friend and I try to load into a game, he gets a weasel error code and is unable to play the game entirely, only until he redownloads it completely. 

I would truly appreciate any insight. Thank you.
