Paradigm Shift 5/5 Not Spawning

The Contagion Sample in the first stage of Paradigm Shift 5/5 is not spawning anymore for me. The very first time I attempted it, I found the three samples however was killed inside the compound. I've retried three times now on Dire Marsh: Sponsored Survival and I can no longer loot the sample with plenty of time left. Being Sponsored Survival I am confident I am the first one getting there. I am unfortunately locked out of the quest as things are. 

I've tried restarting the game before a match as well with no change.

    • Repro steps - If you know the specific steps you took to cause the issue please try to recreate them step by step.,

    • Platform: Steam
    • Description of Issue: First objective of Paradigm Shift 5/5 (Contagion Sample) not spawning to be picked up.
    • Date/Time: June 6th, 4PM Central Time
    • Repro Steps: Every time I return to the objective on Sponsored Survival within the time limit, the objective has not spawned to be picked up. The very first time I tried the mission I was able to pick it up however died inside. Every attempt since the sample no longer spawns in.

    I tried again today after the update and the issue persists.
