Arachne upgrades
Can't unlock "RAILGUN MODS" at Arachne rank 5 since it is locked behind "MIPS RAILGUN" that is locked to Arachne rank 6.
Arachne "WEAPON MODS" unlocks at Arachne rank 7 but can't be upgraded until "MOD STOCK" is upgraded and unlocks at Arachne rank 8.
