co-evolution 4/5 missing a step

its missing the first step and i tried to do it without the step but cant use the thing to get the symbiont

    I am having the same issue. 

    • Bungie Account Name - Corrotion#7481
    • Platform - Steam
    • Description of Issue - Co-Evolution 4/5 is missing part 1 of 3
    • Rough Date and Time of issue - Noticed roughly a month ago but waited for some patches to see if it resolved and it did not.
    • Repro steps - I did step 3/5 and this was 4/5. There is a chance I did step 1 and did not complete 2 before dying, but I do not remember.
