Tooltip bug when hovering
Platform: PC
There's a bug when hovering over items in your inventory where the tooltip will momentarily flash and immediately disappear. This happens both in the vault menu and the inventory during gameplay.
I was able to reliably replicate it in the vault and during gameplay when trying to hover over mods that can be placed on an equipped weapon, but it will randomly occur on any item during regular gameplay.
