Introduction: Sekiguchi Bugged

Bungie Account Name - Apocalypse
Platform - Steam
Description of Issue - The injector does not spawn where it is supposed to even though I have been the first person here multiple times.  I have the quest active, tried changing shells, restarting the game, etc.
Rough Date and Time of issue - 6/5 around 11:15PM EST
Repro steps - Just trying to complete the quest and I can never see the injector.
