Its been a few days and my free reward pass redeem item is still gone after seasonal reset
How do I activate it? It was in my inventory until the seasonal wipe and now I can't redeem it after supposedly still being tracked via entitlement system. Going to it via Rewards Pass or Store_>Offers still lists it as 1000 Lux.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Reward Pass. Please note that if you'd had the voucher in your vault, this reward pass token had no bearing on the actual number of tokens you have. If you have access to the first season Reward Pass and had used the token, you wouldn't have any additional tokens available, even if some were visible in your Vault.
If you hadn't used your token for the previous Reward Pass, we recommend submitting a request through our Missing LUX or Shop Purchases Contact Form, and we'll have a closer look as to what occurred.
