Early Bird VIP rewards not unlocked
I know others have reported this but I got VIP rank with all factions in season 1, but can only claim Mida and Sekgen early bird rewards. Im wondering if there any any fixes coming for this down the line?

We are investigating and we'll be sharing any information with all players we have when a fix will be implemented.
I have had the same issue since season 2 started, glad for the acknowledgment
