Missing Season 1 Marathon Runner Profile Icon

Hello. I hopped on last night to check out the new update and love all the new changes so far! I was looking through the new rewards in the codex and saw there was a new marathon runner profile icon for season 2. When I went to change my current profile icon to the marathon runner icon from season 1, it was locked. I know that I unlocked it because I reached well over season rank 100 last season, earned the achievement and have the notorious title as well. I do not believe it is a possibility that I completed the codex challenge but did not select it in the codex to receive the reward because I always turn in or accept everything in the codex whenever I complete an entry/challenge.
