Welcome to the stab factory not working
I just completed a run after getting 26 knife kills in perimeter, all bot kills. My end report also said I killed 26 enemies, and I never used my gun to finish any of them. I checked my codex and did not receive the knife skin and the task remains incomplete.

I have also tried to do this codex achievement three times now, and none have counted. I just did a run where I killed 28 bots, never used my gun once only used my knife. Full strength in my Cradle to help with it but I cannot get this codex achievement to proc.

Here is a YouTube link of one of the rounds. I have also attempted this three more times and none have given the skin. I play on Steam and PlayStation, neither gives the reward.

Just want to second this report. Done multiple attempts that should have resulted in the achievement but nothing.
I have been trying the achievement for multiple days and getting no progress on it. Really frustrating since I've dumped over 3 hours into melee only solo runs and getting nowhere. I did most attempts on Sponsored Survival Perimeter for reference.
Not working for me either. Did multiple trys with and without Exfil but it is not getting completed.
