Revive Timer Stuck, and No Revive Option
Was on Perimeter. Fought a team in Tunnels, and I went down. Teammate got the kills, yet my bag was glitched or stuck in a spot to where neither of them could revive me. The timer was stuck on 19 seconds, and there was no revive option. I Alt+F4 out of the game to reconnect to see if that would resolve the issue, yet it did not. I lost a 10K kit, and loot from a keycard in tunnels because I could not be revived. It happens with revives, ammo boxes, etc. The item or bag gets stuck next to a pipe, or under the map and is not usable or revivable at all.

I don't have a video, but that just happened to me and my crew. My friend got downed doing the Equitable Distribution 4/4 quest in the tunnels, bag got stuck at 19 seconds with no option to revive.
