Missing Compiler Defeat/Completion skin/codex entries
I was in a lobby where we teamed up with another team to do compiler and we all damaged it/destroyed it and exfiled, but only one of the guys in my crew got the skin and codex entry. I was playing triage and none of the stuff shows up on my codex. This would've been the night of May 31st. I was playing through steam.
My squadmate uploaded the run to youtube. I am NoodleHair#6585.

What you’re describing does sound similar to a known issue where Compiler-related Codex progress and runner skin rewards were not granted correctly to every participating crew member.
