Instant death at Perimeter North Relay exfil

I got downed by an enemy runner team while trying to use the exfil in North Relay. My teammate tried to revive me while I was downed and then my body teleported away from the exfil machine and I instantly died. This happened on Steam using a PC at 1:35 PM 6/4/26
